Early Registration

You may apply for early registration upon the birth of your child. To do so, submit your completed registration form along with the non-refundable $50 application fee to the School Office. We invite you to also tour the School at this time so that you can get a better feel for our learning environment.

Early Learning Program

Our Early Learning Program is designed to provide a rich wholesome early learning experience.  The children will strengthen their communication and motor skills through exploration and build social skills and confidence in a playful and welcoming environment. 

Children must be four years old by December 31 of their entry year.  The full-day program runs from 8:30am- 2:30pm with an afterschool program provided until 5:30pm (included in the fees). 

If you are interested in signing up for the Early Learning Program, you are encouraged to schedule a tour and fill out the application form below.  We strongly suggest applications to be submitted by October 1st of the year your child turns three years old as spaces are limited.

Kindergarten

If it is within twelve months of the start of your child’s Kindergarten school year and you have not participated in Early Registration, you should provide to the School office the completed application form, a copy of the child’s birth certificate and a non-refundable $50.00 application fee. Please note: the child will not be considered until all documents are submitted and the application fee paid.

You should expect to be contacted by the School Office to schedule an Assessment of your child, at which time our learning team will conduct a professional assessment of your child’s development. This Assessment also provides an opportunity for early intervention should learning support be required. All applicants must submit a completed application form, a copy of the child’s birth certificate, and the non-refundable $50.00 application fee to the school office.

Elementary, Middle & High School

If applying for a space within Grades 1 – 12, please complete and provide to the School Office:

• Application form (to obtain form see link at the bottom of this page)
• A transcript from the child’s previous school
• The non-refundable $50.00 application fee

Once all relevant documentation has been received, you should expect to be contacted by the School Office to schedule an appointment for your child to take the admissions exam.
